To add an item to the Calendar, navigate to your course and click the “More Tools” option on your navigation bar. Then, click on “Calendar”.
Click on the “Create Event” button to create a new event. Here, you can link to items in your Content page, name the event, and write a description. You can then determine who gets the invitation and then add a date/time and make it recurring if you’d like.
Calendar items can only be created for those students in the course where you create the Event. Once you’ve created the event, these users would be notified and could then accept the invitation and add it to their own D2L Calendar.
