After the grade columns are created, it never fails, there will be a few out of order. Let’s look at how you can put the columns in any order you want.
Let’s start by going to Grades -> Manage Grades. You will notice that our Chapter 2 Questions is listed before Chapter 1 Questions. That’s not right. Let’s change this. Click on More Actions -> Reorder.
From here, we can change the order by using the dropdowns and putting the numbers in the order we want. Be sure to click Save when you are done.
One thing I’ve learned, if your grade book has a lot of changes, the number can get a little confusing. Don’t be afraid to do this several times to get the numbers in the order you want.
As soon as we have the numbers the way we want and click Save, you’ll notice we go back to the Manage Grades screen so we can confirm the order is now correct.
