Locker is a place to store small files (up to 10 MB) like basic word documents, as a D2L-based storage solution similar to a very basic Dropbox or OneDrive. These files can then either be downloaded or submitted to an Assignment. Locker can be found under the Student Resources menu on the D2L home page:
Once you’re in the locker, click on Upload Files to upload an existing file:
From there, it’s a matter of writing an optional description and then clicking Upload to navigate to your file. Once you’ve done that, the file will appear there in your list of Locker files. Locker also allows you to create basic files right in D2L by clicking the New File button, but files are mostly limited to simple text.
