Films on Demand has been added to the Insert Stuff menu in D2L. This will allow you to find hundreds of thousands of videos you can directly embed within your course.
Note: While the directions below show you how to add a Film on Demand video to a Content page, they can be added anywhere the Insert Stuff button appears.
To use this, go to the Content module where you’d like your Film on Demand to reside. Click on Upload/Create and select Create a File.

Name your new file. Then click on the Insert Stuff icon (it looks like a play and pause button).

From the Insert Stuff menu, select “Films On Demand” (you may have to scroll down a bit).

From the pop-up window, search for the topic you are looking for. You can click the Preview button next to a film if you want to watch the film prior to embedding it.

Once you found a film you like, click Embed next to the video. Then, select whether you want the embedded video to appear small, medium, or large.

Once you’ve selected the size, it will preview your video to show you what it will look like. When you click Insert, it will add the video to your page.
This will put you back in the page editor. Assuming all you want is the video, click Save and Close to post the page with the video.
