Yuja Migration
- We will be moving from LTI 1.1 to LTI 1.3, which is more secure and will Allow Yuja to better support our site. Also, for those teaching at multiple colleges across CCCS, this will make it so there is only one video library to upload videos to instead of multiple.
Yuja Outage Period
- Yuja will be down starting May 13th and return no later than May 20th
- During this time, you won’t be able to upload or create videos in Yuja.
Updating Links
- Yuja will be updating video links automatically but this process could take up to 5 weeks. We are hopeful the links will be updated sooner than this.
- If there’s a video you need right away after the outage period is over, you can easily relink a video by going into your Yuja library from the More Tools link on your course nav bar and copying the video link.
- Instructors will need to re-embed video quizzes into D2L shells using the Yuja Media chooser.
- After the outage period, CCCS will also be working on merging Yuja accounts for those who have taught at multiple colleges across the system.
If at any time you need support with this, our team is available to help. You can also reach out directly to Yuja Support at support@yuja.com or 1-888-257-2278.
D2L SMS Text Message Notifications
- Feature will be going away in July, 2024
- Sign up for email notifications in D2L.
